FROM SETUP TO FINAL CREDITS
We arrange access, set up and check the picture and sound. Your walkthrough happens before the four-hour event window begins.
Outdoors, plan the film for after dusk. Indoors, dim the room. Run the show after our walkthrough, or add a cinema attendant.
Enjoy your four-hour event window. We collect the cinema equipment afterwards at the time agreed in your quote.

BEFORE THE OPENING CREDITS
Great movie nights start with a little planning.
Yes, in suitable indoor venues with enough room for the screen and a darkened viewing area. Outdoors, we plan the movie to start after dusk. Tell us about your space and we will work through the setup with you.
A suitable venue, accessible power, and your favourite chairs or blankets. We confirm the space and power requirements when planning your event. Seating, venue hire and decorations are not included.
Popcorn Premiere and The Full Theatre include a popcorn machine, ingredients and bags for up to 50 standard servings. The Full Theatre also includes a hotdog roller and serving supplies. You bring the hotdogs, buns and condiments.
That is up to you. Every package includes delivery, setup, a walkthrough and collection. Add a cinema attendant for $200 to have someone operate the screen, projector and sound for your four-hour event. Your host operates the snack machines and serves the food.
You do. Tell us your title or the kind of night you have in mind. We will confirm the playback source and any screening permissions needed for your event before confirming your booking. A film licence is not included in the package price.
We discuss a weather plan before confirming an outdoor booking. A suitable indoor alternative or a new date can be considered if conditions will not work. The weather and rescheduling terms are confirmed in your event quote.
Yes, we welcome enquiries from the surrounding area. Delivery within Sault Ste. Marie is included in the starting prices; travel to the outskirts is quoted after we have your event location.
